A qualified Chartered Accountant in South Africa and the United Kingdom, with a wealth of experience in both corporate environments and entrepreneurship. In 2018, he was named the top chartered accountant in the SAICA Top 35 under 35 competition and in 2019, he was named the Young Professional of the Year in the South African Professional Services awards. These awards are a testament to the level of professionalism, innovation, business acumen, and drive.
Shaveera John CA(SA)
Co-founder, Director: Global Advisory
A background in finance, Shaveera completed her articles at Deloitte, and has significant experience in finance, audit and accounting, As the Head of Advisory at Malander Advisory, she provided support to CFOs of large, listed and fast-growing clients, gaining international exposure and strategic experience and has been instrumental in growing the business from start-up. Shaveera is known for her exceptional leadership skills and ability to build strong teams.
Shakira Naidoo CA(SA)
Head of Delivery, South Africa
Shakira is a qualified Chartered Accountant who completed her articles at Deloitte in 2017. She is a distinguished finance professional having served roles that led global business strategic partnerships as well as managerial roles in transaction advisory, both locally and globally. Shakira's current role involves managing the end to end advisory process including ensuring quality team members are available for client projects and roles, driving excellent quality deliverables and building long lasting relationships with clients. She is a major asset to the Malander Executive team and the SA staff.
Ricco Sutil CA(SA)
Head of Delivery, United Kingdom
Having completed his articles at Deloitte in South Africa, Ricco then pursued a role in strategy consulting with Deloitte which ultimately lead him to their London office. After working with numerous large companies within the UK landscape, he then left to consult in finance and system related projects, before leading the Malander Advisory UK office. Ricco drives client growth and service delivery with a focus on financial excellence and innovation, overseeing UK operations, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the highest standards of client service. His leadership is pivotal in expanding the UK
